Who We Are
Advance Educational Consulting (AEC) provides personalized academic support for students and families in Tallahassee and surrounding communities. Founded by Craig L. Simmons—an experienced public‑school educator and former private‑school Dean of Students and Principal—AEC specializes in early literacy development, individualized tutoring, homeschool consulting, IEP guidance, and academic bootcamps.
With a strong focus on helping children learn to read, and then read to learn, AEC supports students of all abilities, from those overcoming academic challenges to gifted learners seeking enrichment. Our mission is to partner with parents, understand each child’s needs, and create a clear, supportive plan for academic success.
